Refund & Return Policy

We at Vini Jewels take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of fine jewelry, we have specific return and refund guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at jewels.vini@gmail.com with photos and proof of issue.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or tampered with

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Option

  • You may request an exchange for a product of equal value (if available in stock).

  • Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the return item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Return address will be provided via email upon request.
